½ cup brown sugar
¼ cup white sugar
2/3 canola oil (coconut oil is a healthier option)
¼ cup of unsweetened almond milk
1 T rice flour
2 t pure vanilla extract
3 T almond butter
1 ½ all purpose flour
½ t baking powder
½ t salt
almonds to decorate

preheat oven to 250c
2) combine sugars, oil, almond milk + rice flour. mix well until smooth
3) add vanilla, 1 cup of flour, baking powder, salt + almond butter.  once mixed add remaining flour
4) roll the dough into ping pong size balls. Flatten. add whole almonds
5) place on baking paper, onto a tray and bake for 8 mins (no more than 9)
(if you roll smaller balls bake for about 6 mins)
6) let cool for 5 mins and transfer onto a wire rack
